NEW ORLEANS, LA
"Jumbalaya, crawfish pie, filet gumbo. Son of a gun we gonna have some fun, on the Bayou." It's hard to believe Napolean Bonaparte once owned this city. I just can't see that little French guy walking around town. In 1938 Mardi Gras was born here. New Orleans ("Nawlins") is about spirit, and some get into odd voodoo! For now, let's highlight the gems in this mysterious city. Creole/French cooking, Jazz and Blues, diversity, French architecture. Music drifts through the French Quarter, people party in the streets. The heart of this city is found on Bourbon Street. Grab a brew, because you don't need Mardi Gras to enjoy Nawlins! Beer is here:
